The CMS EIDOS features the innovative CMS HMI ThermoActive software, specifically developed for the thermoforming process. Its intuitive interface, combined with a clear production timeline and interactive dashboard, gives operators instant insight into machine performance and process status. The movement of the frame and counter mould is driven by four electronically synchronized brushless servo motors in a gantry configuration. Power is transmitted through fixed toothed columns, eliminating protruding moving mechanical components while providing exceptional positioning accuracy, high dynamics and long-term reliability.
The mould table is equally advanced, featuring a patented gantry drive system with two electronically synchronized brushless servo motors. Speed profiles and positioning parameters can be stored and recalled, guaranteeing fast, repeatable and highly accurate mould positioning for every production cycle.
